SECRET BEHIND 'SUCCESS'
The biggest question I am tackling today is something that many people think it's just words that happens overnight, but in actual sense success is aloof and rational. To begin with, What is this we call success? How did it really comes to be success?
For over five years now, I have been researching and observing how successful people starts up and talk when addressing a gathering or invited to inspire young people at various levels both local, national and International. Mostly, if not 'all', successful people tend to throw stones on the innocent listeners/generation (the unsuccessful), pushing them at the corner to think success comes by hard work, passions or volunteerism. In this context, many are left to wonder around spending many years in school, volunteering in small and big Organisations or companies trying to look for success through the pit falls of the 'so called' experience gain, innovation, determination, perseverance and cariouage. At the end of it all, by the time someone realises the reality, time has gone and he or she never even have a coin to start over again because all the energy spent in volunteerism, schoolings and helping hands has snatch all they should have actually started with.
Going a little deeper, the real truth of success is not how much you have volunteered, schooled or even how much you have in cash as a solo individual but, something beyond that. First, take a look at two orphans who lost their parents at the same time period and left with nothing (I mean poor). One of them got a 'stepping stone' (sponsor), went and study or lived abroad for her whole life, and afterward, already had an idea to develop an App which was immediately funded and now she is a billionaire. But, the other had an idea which is even more higher advanced Apps but, didn't get any sponsor to go for study, Abroad or have her idea supported by 'someone'. She ended up becoming a bar attendant, contacted HIV/AIDs and died.
In these scenario, some body will be quick to blame her of AIDs and why she is not successful like the other and forgetting completely that, the other one got an opportunity which up-lifted her idea and finally become what we now call a successful person. "For without any platform to showcase your idea, knowledge , skills and avaliable funding opportunities for that idea, you are likely to die with that great idea that would have saved the world, instead people will be pointing fingers and laughing at you not knowing that you had no bench to stand on"
The next thing that successful people don't talk about is: "the foundation set by their immediate 'percents' especially " the Father". Let me say out loud, just take an example of the CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. He would have not been successful if his parents were ordinary men but, that is not the case!! Mark Zuckerberg Father Joel Sandberg was a "Jewish" and, mind you all technology you see in the world today were created by Jewish people even the World Bank is for Jewish, they control all the World Finances and other people control World "Power"/ Leadership. So, even after his sudden death and being an Ophthalmologist with his wife Sheryl Sandberg, mother of Mark took over that innovation of Facebook since she was a College School Teacher and his son Mark was still young. After Mark grew up, he started testing that technology of Facebook at his University. The test was very successful that it was immediately sponsored.
If we look further at Bill Gates, the Co-Founder of Microsoft, his Father William Henry Gates II was an American Retired Attorney, Philanthropist, Author of books showing up life. He gave a good plaform for his son who hated school and wanted to start something of his own - Microsoft.'
It's like that is not enough, look at Meghan Markle, now the Duchess of Sussex and wife to Prince Harry, her Father Thomas Markle was a Retired American Television Lighting Director and Director of Photography at Hollywood. His position gave Meghan a better avenue of Actress and later an opportunity into the Royal Family. Maghan herself had friends in the Royal Family and her resembles of Princess Kate the wife of Prince William who is a brother to Prince Harry smoothen her Royal Journey. Don't forget people like Barack Obama the former President of United States of America, though his Father came from Africa, Barack Hussein Obama was a Senior Government Economists of the Republic of Kenya. This also applies to Theresa May, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, her Father Hubert Braiser was Church of England Clergyman, Chaplain at East Bourne Hospital and later became Vicar of Enstone.
In this regard, what I am really trying to say is, successful people you see today had very strong foundation already built by their parents. I don't even want to touch again people like Bill Clinton the Former President of United States of America, Angela Markel - Chancellor of Germany, Susan Diane Woycicki - CEO of You Tube, Jack Ma of China etc. So, without a concrete base, it's very hard for one to succeed in this fast growing competitive world. It's easy to say success comes by hard work but, the hardest of that hard work must have been done by either your parents, guardians or 'some-one'. A son of a poor peasant farmer who knows only grass growing in his name every year can never be an innovator of Apps because he has no exposition into Apps Development industry. Someone will say, I started small and it really took me years to get to where I am now, yes I agree with that, but the question is from "Who"
Therefore, young generations of today, ensure that you create a foundation and a platform where your Sons and Daughters can build from. Don't device others to work hard, study hard or volunteer to be successful, those are all foolishness and brain draining, "Accept to Die - Alife" for the sake of those coming ahead of you if you got nothing at hand.
In conclusion, "Success only comes from a platform already created for you by your parents or 'some-one' and nothing else". An empty handed street or homeless parent have no doubt bringing up an unsuccessful Son or Daughter unless the Son or Daughter accidently get hold on a branch of a tree that she or he can follow to get the Fruits - "Success" before drowning to death in the ocean.

Joãl, Philippines call me and said, "It's true, every body have potentials to succeed, but how I learn if I'm not taught? how I know if nobody show me? how I come in if no one call me?
ReplyDeleteUS Pastor, Mark Nelson also text me and said " The first man Adam would have not been successful if God didn't create the universe, garden of eden and put man incharge of what was set ready for use. God then added him somebody he call wife Eve Through Eve, he got wisdom from the forbidden fruits at the garden, and that resulted into the human race. I now tell you success have chains that it follows". Be blessed.
